ARC Fastener Supply has invested over four million dollars into state of the art, fully automated packaging equipment, making us one of the nations largest custom hardware kit manufacturers.

Our automated packaging systems are configured to suit each customer’s application requirements, enabling us to count a wide variety of parts on a single system. With our dual view optical part processing units, we can accurately count and package parts as small as a ball bearing and up to a 24" bolt. By optically scanning, we can verify by volume and reject out of tolerance parts prior to items entering the package, assuring the customer a perfect hardware kit.

Our equipment is designed to fill virtually any type of packaging requirements including, but not limited to, poly bags, boxes, blisters, clamshells and buckets.

Along with precise accuracy ARC is able to produce kits as fast as sixty kits per minute, allowing the customer a quick turn around time.

By utilizing ARC's manufacturing capabilities, the customer can experience a significant cost savings on labor and products, while increasing output and efficiency.

The finished product that the customer receives will supersede anything that can be done at the customer’s facility. Along with speed and accuracy, the professional look of the product can be enhanced with our Thermo Graphic Printing Technology, which allows us to print a specified logo, lot number, part number or contents, directly on the hardware bag. We also offer laser printing on clamshell products, which is secured with a protective sonic weld to prevent theft on the retail level.

PRINTING

ARC currently houses a fully functional printing department, in which such things as instruction sheets, brochures, warning cards and templates can be produced. The print department utilizes two 9910-XCD Printing Presses complete with a camera/plate maker combo. These presses produce exceptional print quality, in any color required, giving the most professional appearance possible. Not only quality, but speed, these presses can produce up to 100,000 sheets a day. The print department also contains four paper folding machines and a power paper cutter. This enables ARC to produce a customized paper good to meet the customer’s specification. These paper goods can be purchased in bulk or packed down into kits.
